LOVE OF LABOR: A PHENOMENOLOGICAL INQUIRY OF UNPAID OVERTIME EXPERIENCED BY BPO EMPLOYEES

The present study investigated the unpaid overtime experienced by BPO rank-and-file employees and its effect on their career growth, well-being, labor earnings. How affects morale productivity of employees, how responsive organization's policies are to needs. researchers have used a phenomenological approach achieve study's objectives identifying causes effects pressing issues workers.
